Refund Policy — Maison Lumen

 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your light fixture.

 

Return period (14 days)

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your item, in accordance with the right of withdrawal. The item must be returned in the condition you received it: unused, in its original packaging.

 

How to return an item

Write to us at support.dineapp@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm the steps to follow. Returns are to be sent to: Maison Lumen — 289 rue de la Courbatière, 01370 Courmangoux, France. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective items or errors on our part. Items sent back without prior notice cannot be accepted.

 

Damaged item or error

Check your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at support.dineapp@gmail.com if the item is broken, defective or does not match your order (with photos): we will replace or refund it.

 

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

The simplest way is to return the item, then place a new order once the return is accepted.

 

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund you on your original payment method within 14 days (bank processing times may vary).

 

Legal warranty

Your products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects.
