Terms of service
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the Maison Lumen website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
- Products
- Our products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding for minor variations. All our light fixtures comply with European electrical standards (CE, EN 60598) for 230V use.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT). Any delivery costs are indicated before final order confirmation. Maison Lumen reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.
3. Orders and payment
Payment is made online by bank card or any other method offered at checkout, via a secure system. The order is confirmed once payment has been received.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer, within the timeframes stated on the Shipping page. Free delivery in mainland France. In the event of a delay, the customer is informed by e-mail.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without having to give any reason. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective products.
6. Legal warranties
All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with French law.
7. Liability
Maison Lumen cannot be held liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation or use that does not comply with the manufacturer's instructions. Installation by a qualified electrician is recommended.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Customers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
